3月11日消息，腾讯云发文回应与OpenClaw及腾讯“龙虾”相关的安全问题。就OpenClaw是否会“疯狂”地扣用户的钱，腾讯云提到，社交平台上流传着一张截图，显示一名用户在腾讯云公益装机活动上安装OpenClaw之后出现高额费用“偷跑”，累计200多元。腾讯云回应称，经后台排查及核实，这200多元是这名用户此前的历史模型调用费用。“OpenClaw安装本身免费，但如果使用过程中调用大模型，就会产生token费用，目前基本所有Agent工具都是类似情况。”腾讯云称。
